I worked with Japanese sound artist Shota Hirama (Signaldada) for this new solo release “Sad Vacation“. Some field recordings of Hong Kong are used in composing this work as well as the cover photograph. This release’s tracks are short and fragmented. This conveys his new thoughts about the relationship of sound, datas and composition. Highly recommended. Please visit Shota’s personal label Signaldada’s website: http://www.signaldada.com/ and the digital store for previewing the release: http://shotahirama.bandcamp.com/
